Chapter 152. Soul of the Man, Soul of Physicality, the Creator and the Universal Council

Mehran Tavakoli Keshe’s metaphysics rests on a small set of terms that recur in hundreds of Knowledge Seekers Workshops (KSW): the Soul of the Creator (STC), the Soul of the Man (STM), the Soul of Physicality (STP) and Physicality (P). Emotion connects them, and Keshe treats emotion as a field rather than a feeling. From this anthropology he moves directly to institutions. Between 2016 and 2019 he and the Keshe Foundation (KF) set up an Earth Council, a “One Nation” government and a Universal Council (UC), whose structure, ethos and “commandments” were still being explained to followers in 2023. This chapter sets out the doctrine and the institutions as the KSW transcripts and KF publications present them. All statements are attributed to Keshe or to the Foundation. The transcripts themselves are auto-transcribed and edited by KF Brazil volunteers, as their headers state [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 630, #378342].

The three souls and emotion as a field

The fullest recent statement comes in KSW 630 (February 19, 2026). Its index line summarises the scheme: “Learn about structure of Creation – soup of totality – not individual; Don’t need intermediaries – absorb rays of Sun; Soul of the Man (STM) interacts Soul of Physicality (STP) – manifests P; Soul of the Creator (STC) interacts with…” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 630, #378342, “Beginning”]. The library’s study guide summarises the opening section as defining “three interacting souls”, STC, STM and STP, “which together generate emotions as energy fields rather than mere reactions”. In this account each emotion has its own gravitational (G) and magnetic (M) field pattern, and love is “a frequency generated by the interaction of iron in blood and zinc in the nervous system” [Keshe, KSW 630, #378342, “Structure of Creation and the Mechanics of Emotion”]. Keshe makes non-verbal emotion the original language of the Creator: “When you hug your child, the emotion you give to it, when you hug your lover … there is no word. … It’s the transformation of field” [Keshe, KSW 630, #378342].

KSW 535 (April 25, 2024) carries the scheme into the physics of the body. Its editorial summary reads: “The interaction of the emotion of the STP and the STM, creates the Mass, and that emotion, in interaction with the fields of the Earth, leads to the physicality of the man” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 535, #378247]. The same workshop states that “the Physicality (P) of Soul of the Creator (STC) is created within P of the man. The Soul of the Creator (STC) is born within the man”, and calls the two halves of the brain the “Soul of Physicality (STP) of the brain” [Keshe, KSW 535, #378247, “Other Topics”]. In this picture mass and weight are effects of soul-field interaction, not primary properties of matter.

The soul as light and star; the rejection of reincarnation

In the Christmas workshop of December 24, 2020, Keshe follows the STM from conception to cosmic completion: “if the STM in its infancy at the point of creation in the womb of the mother, to its completion as a star in the galaxies and universes, carries the same ethos”. He adds that the true “inception” is “not inception in the womb of the mother, but inception in the realm of the Creator, in the Unicose” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 360, #378072, “Origins of Christmas and the Soul of Man”]. He links the Christian star on the tree to this idea: “once you become a soul to become a star, you become a point of reference to shine” [Keshe, KSW 360, #378072]. KSW 367 returns to the soul in the blood and to the claim “I am the Creator, and I carry the soul of the Creator”, which Keshe frames as true of every human being [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 367, #378079].

This cosmology excludes rebirth. KSW 198 is categorical: “There is no reincarnation. We are all creations of new conditions. Those who speak about reincarnation have not understood the technology. Reincarnation was a tool of fear, that you come back and you have to pay to balance the book of the past … You come back as a dog or horse, but reincarnation is not” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 198, #377841]. The same workshop gives an alternative account of death: “At the time of death the soul of physicality moves within the soul of the man” [Keshe, KSW 198, #377841]. Keshe’s position therefore differs from both the Indic doctrine of transmigration and the Abrahamic resurrection of the body. The personal soul continues as a field-entity carrying the imprint of its physical life, and no new body is assigned to it.

Where the soul sits: brain, pineal gland, pupil

Keshe gives the soul anatomical points of contact. In KSW 300 (October 31, 2019) he says that religious searchers “found out what was promised is not there, the soul and the Holy Spirit, and the STM being somewhere else, now has found the box on a place and it’s called the brain” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 300, #378012]. In KSW 411 he reads the esoteric “third eye” as a code for soul access: “Isn’t the pineal gland another way of, they are trying to tell you, you get an access to your soul? … We don’t hide, and duck and dive, we just go directly for it. … If you manage to get access to your soul you can call it anything you like” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 411, #378123]. KSW 648 (June 25, 2026) adds the eye. Its index reads “pupil – Black Hole (BH) – Soul uses to get out body travel U; Eyelids – door”, and the transcript says the “porthole of your Soul, is that black eye, that black point, that black circle in the center of your eye (pupil)” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 648, #378360].

Transmutation and “satellite souls”

Transmutation is a working concept in the later workshops: a soul that has learned the field mechanics can reshape the physicality it carries. KSW 630 says that understanding emotional field strengths “allows humans to transmute their physical form to match any environment” [Keshe, KSW 630, #378342, “Emotion, Magnetic Fields, and Universal Transmutation”]. KSW 450 (September 15, 2022) lists “Satellite Souls will help bring change – each responsible for language; Process of Transmutation explained”, and tells registered participants: “Those of you who have become a registered Satellite will be contacted when the time comes, to be ready in a certain way, to make your soul accessible to receive … the Souls of the Man, the Soul of the creator of other kinds of lives, and those of the Universal Community” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 450, #378162]. The same session announces: “The child of Mitra is amongst us” [Keshe, KSW 450, #378162]. That theme is the subject of the next chapter.

The KF Q&A document from TV Gallactica (September 27, 2022) states the doctrinal premise: “The Soul of the Man is created from the fields of the Creator as everything else in Creation. The Soul of the Man is made of fields and the strongest field is the connection to the Creator. In a way the Creator is within every Soul” [Keshe Foundation, Questions and answers TV Gallactica (2022-09-27), #378395, point 3]. Its opening claims that a recent “breakthrough” means “most psychosomatic diseases can be eradicated” by reaching their cause “in the level of the Soul” [KF, TV Gallactica Q&A, #378395]. The political use of the same mechanism appears in KSW 198: “Raise the soul of the French president and those who call themselves world leaders (warmongers)” [Keshe, KSW 198, #377841].

Keshe’s self-designation

Keshe describes his own role in several ways, reported here as his statements. In KSW 300: “You have to understand that I wear 3 different hats, one hat is a Messenger, one as a scientist, and one as a man” [Keshe, KSW 300, #378012]. The editorial header of KSW 171 (May 11, 2017) reads: “He declares he is the Second Coming of Christ as are we all”. The transcript explains: “It is the coming of peace that make all of us the ‘Coming One’, because it is a promise we make to our soul to elevate it” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 171, #377814]. In KSW 134 (2016) Keshe says Christ “never died on the cross, He elevated himself”, that Christ’s remains lie “in South of France”, and that “I am Messiah as much as you’re, but I am Messiah for a bigger (picture)”. The library’s study guide records that in this workshop Keshe “claims to have performed this self-elevation three times” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 134, #377777, “Self-Healing, Soul Elevation, and the Critique of Traditional Religion”].

The Earth Council, One Nation and the “Universal Community”

KSW 143 (October 27, 2016) introduced the first council. Keshe announced: “The selection of the U Council for earth is completed. They will serve with their soul, also they should speak 2 languages and understand completely the problems of humanity. One from each of 6 continents and 3 ladies and 3 gentlemen” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 143, #377786]. The members introduced themselves:

• Mary Woo of Los Angeles, a Vietnamese-born interpreter, for the Americas.
• Anka of the Netherlands, an anthropology student, for Europe.
• Lisa McDonald, born in South Africa and living in Australia, for Australia.
• A Tehran-born naturopath living in Dubai, a veteran of the Iran-Iraq war, for Asia.
• Dr. Rodrigo, a Mexican plastic surgeon, for South America.
• Alek, working in Nigeria, for Africa.

Their stated wishes were “to end the wars” and “restore justice to the planet that is in alignment with Universal Justice” [Keshe, KSW 143, #377786].

KSW 213, dated March 1, 2018 and headed “MAN ENTERS THE UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY today”, opens: “We setup a One Nation government last August with the Earth Council (EC), they are responsible for life on the earth and communicating with the Universal Community.” Keshe then places the council in the line of the prophets: “Up to now these positions of guidance we given to what we called prophets. … We become collectively the prophet” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 213, #377856]. The UC Charter was read, and Keshe reinterpreted the Islamic “99 names for God” as “the attributes of the STM”. He then pronounced: “The human race has written its Charter to become part of the U Council as part of the Universal Community … WE WELCOME THE HUMAN RACE TO THE UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY” [Keshe, KSW 213, #377856]. The same session declared “There shall be no prisons or killing” and reported that “We lost the English and French members” [Keshe, KSW 213, #377856].

Structure, ethos and commandments of the Universal Council

KSW 245 (October 2018) is summarised by the library guide as marking “a pivotal transition … occurring on October 19, 2018, involving the activation of the Universal Council (UC) and the C Team”. It names China’s president as a leader whose STM strength is “essential for building global peace” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 245, #377957, “Universal Council Structure and Global Peace Transition”]. The KF Plasma Times of August 2019 published the formal design:

“Universal Council of 12. The rotation of all members, 12 councilors and 12 sub councils, leaves in the main 144 councils, is by rotation … each seat on each council becomes a member on the main council every 1 year which chooses its position by state of the soul … The rotation of the position is by servitude and not by seat position.” [Keshe Foundation, KF Plasma Times 2019-08, #377867, “Overall Structure of the Universal Council”]

The same issue says that members “are chosen by strength of their souls alone … and never by others”. Solutions are to be implemented “with the help of the Keshe Foundation Core Team, Earth Council (EC), Universal Council supporters (UCs), language communities, Knowledge Seekers”. The UC is to be “the interface … on how to share on Earth new technologies offered by the Universal Community through open source and free for all”. The section opens with Keshe’s words: “Our message is very simple, the man himself is part of the Creator” [KF, Plasma Times 2019-08, #377867].

The April 2023 bilingual (English-Portuguese) document Questions for the Universal Council is the council’s self-description. “The members of the Universal Council are chosen by their soul and collectively the members of the council are the soul of the Universal Council.” Every language is to be “represented as one Universal Council member”. The document quotes KSW 467: “there is nothing Higher than the wishes of the Soul, unanimous soul, of the Universal Council. If the soul of the universal Council in unity wishes, it becomes a command for the soul of Humanity and beyond” [Keshe Foundation, Questions for the Universal Council April 2023, #378474]. Its answers describe the “One Nation, One Race” programme as “no borders. Passports are eliminated”, with coexistence “Normalised by the Ethos of the Universe: Thinking, talking and doing good”. This “also implies being aware of the 24 Commandments”, and the whole is to be lived “Without Hierarchies”. The document closes with KSW 479, which calls this triad “the ethos of Mithra … which Mithra brought us in the name of Zorastian” [KF, Questions for the UC 2023, #378474]. Membership also has an age rule. In KSW 576 (February 6, 2025) Keshe says UC members “reach the age of 60 and they serve during their 60 years, they are there till 61”, and invites Knowledge Seekers to stand for the vacancies [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 576, #378288].

• The institutions grew from a six-member Earth Council (2016) and a One Nation government (2017) to a 12/144 Universal Council. Its charter was read on March 1, 2018, when humanity was declared admitted to the “Universal Community” and the council was presented as successor to the prophets.
• The UC’s self-description (2023) rests on choice “by soul”, “One Nation, One Race”, the “Ethos of the Universe” (think, speak, do good) and “24 Commandments”, with the UC’s unanimous wish described as “a command for the soul of Humanity”.
