Chapter 157. One Nation, One Planet: World Peace Treaty, Governments, China, Finance and the Keshe Coin

Mehran Tavakoli Keshe’s religious critique, set out in the previous chapters, comes with a political programme. Its slogan, “One Nation, One Planet, One Race”, stands for a borderless world without armies. Under the programme, governments receive plasma technology in exchange for signing a World Peace Treaty, a Universal Council (UC) and an Earth Council (EC) take the place of kings and clergy, and the central banks are replaced by a Keshe Foundation (KF) currency, the Keshe Coin (KC), circulating on a KF network, the One Nation Network (ONN). This chapter follows the programme in time through the Knowledge Seekers Workshops (KSW): the 2015 “Roadmap”, the 2017 declaration of “One Nation”, the role given to China and the exclusion of the United States, the television and UC peace campaigns, and the 2025–26 rules of the coin. It closes with a comparison with the universalist political theologies discussed earlier, chiefly the Bahá’í world order that Keshe himself cites. All statements are Keshe’s claims as recorded in the KF transcripts unless another source is named.

1. The Roadmap and early diplomacy (2015–2017)

KSW 64 (4 June 2015) opens with a correction. “The wrong Roadmap posted with peace sign, Keshe rejects this sign because it accomplished nothing and only made money from it. Keshe always signs each paper individually and notarized, like the patents”. The summary goes on: “Last week Keshe had a meeting in Rome, one of the most powerful politicians in the world, they think a like” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 64, #377707]. The same session names the obstacle: “Behind the scenes Vatican controlling, but don’t consider Asia”. It also reports a planned meeting with Gorbachev, who “refused to shoot the people at the Berlin Wall” but was ill on the day [#377707].

A year earlier, in KSW 16 (2014), Keshe had described the Vatican visit as a meeting to “unite the Religions … in the cloth of man”, to which “6 world leaders” were invited [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 16, #377659]. By KSW 173 (May 2017) he was offering “free health in exchange for world peace” and calling for “one nation, planet, race” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 173, #377816]. Looking back in KSW 491 (22 June 2023), he recalls the “Ambassadorial Meetings and Conferences”: “We had the first Ambassadorial Conference in Nino, and then … in Italy, later on, some years later, we gave the Ambassadorial Meeting, where we presented the MaGrav Technology”. He announces a new conference “At one of the most prestigious locations in London, because we represent Keshe Foundation and two powerful nations”. Invitations would go “officially by government to government”, and the purpose was explained this way: “Keshe Foundation has signed agreements with powerful nations, for delivery of the Space Technology” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 491, #378203].

2. The declaration of “One Nation” (August 2017)

The central document is KSW 183, headed “Declaration of World Peace – Day 2 – Thursday, Aug 3, 2017”. Keshe states: “As of this morning we have become One Nation, which means there are no borders, armies, and no wars and we don’t need to incite wars as we have no enemies”. He continues: “I needed the mandate of this world peace treaty to become One nation that I could build on, and now I have that mandate and KF can work on it … the EC will have to approve” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 183, #377826]. The study guide records his claim that the treaty “signed by all 196 nations and territories is now active on the KF website”. He also promises a new banking system, “blue telephones”, a One Nation Police Force and space centres on every continent, and plans a first “International One Nation Conference” in Tehran for 10,000–20,000 people [#377826, “Declaration of World Peace and One Nation”; “Field Physics, Logistics, and the World Peace Treaty”].

The same session settles the geopolitical question. China is to launch the first spaceship and receive the launch technology. The United States is excluded on the ground of its history of violence. Keshe speaks of “blood that has mixed on this continent, that sees nothing but to murder. Strange enough we don’t see it south of the border with Mexicans or North with the Canadians”. He concludes that “the only safe option is to move the technology forward, is to put it into the hands of leaders who are peaceful” [#377826]. Nations that sign the treaty are promised “technology, jobs, and security”, and leaders are rebuked for taking “military contracts and private cash payments” [#377826, “Global Peace Mandate and Financial Incentives”].

3. China, Iran and the axis of technology

China remains Keshe’s preferred partner in later sessions, often together with Iran. KSW 250 (15 November 2018) states that a new space fuel “is on the back of the Iranian knowledge and will be developed further, through and with the Iranian and Chinese government officials”. It also announces that technology “will be offered state by state as breakup of US coming in exchange for stopping arms production” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 250, #377962]. KSW 245 names the Chinese leader as “president Zhi of China” (sic, Xi Jinping) in a passage on soul strength [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 245, #377957]. KSW 311 (2020) advises China on trade with the United States. It also reports Chinese KF factories under construction [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 311, #378023].

KSW 496 (27 July 2023) announces the most concrete step: “Soon the titles of the Keshe Foundation companies will change over to be a partnership with the Chinese government … Keshe Foundation will become China Keshe Organization Corporation”. It also states: “In our collaboration with the Chinese government we foresee colonization of Space in the next 2 to 5 years”. The session mentions a “Space Defense System” to be delivered to “Chinese highest rank military officers”, one unit of which “can literally supply all the energy needs of Beijing” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 496, #378208]. The same session reports a rumour that “Bill Gates and … George Soros … have got together to reduce the population to half a billion”. The index’s gloss is that “They are so stupid 8 billion won’t” be reduced in this way [#378208].

By 2025 Keshe also presents China as a threat. In KSW 612 the index reads: “colonized world – oil & Rare Earth materials – refineries; China sole superpower; Strangling nations – backlash; KF counterbalance to China; KS are alternative; Hold onto Markray”. In the transcript he says that “the Chinese government controlling 70% of the Rare Earth materials”. He adds that the United States, even after acquiring mines in Ukraine, would need “up to 10 years to set up refining capacities”. He concludes: “now we have every single nation, every territory on this island, as a colony of China” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 612, #378324]. In the same session KF is said to enter “changing the social structure and economical structure of the world” through “Markray Corporation of United States” [#378324]. By 2026 the KF centre is “the Keshe Foundation in China, with the Space City” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 649, #378361]. KSW 648 calls building the Space City “our target”, after a failed attempt in Mexico, where “drug traffickers run into Keshe Foundation” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 648, #378360].

4. Campaigns: KF TV, global tax, the UC treaty drive

In KSW 367 (11 February 2021) Keshe states: “The main objective of the Keshe Foundation (KF) is world peace, through spread of the T and knowledge”. To this end he asks the board and the UC to set up KF TV and to recruit “organizations, except Green Peace, which are totally nonpolitical”. He puts the cost at “at least 10 to 20 million” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 367, #378079]. KSW 392 (2021) forecasts that “A global taxation, a global administration becomes imminent in coming months”. It plans technology transfer to firms such as “Boeing, Iran space Technology, the Chinese Airlines” (“we transfer the knowledge at a flick of a finger”), and states: “now we have found support and direction in the new Iranian administration” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 392, #378104].

In 2026 the treaty campaign moved to what Keshe calls the soul level. KSW 626 sets out a pledge for “the Keshe and Universal Family present at the Earth to unifying at the Soul level every time, every day, at 9 PM Central European Time, to give from our field strengths to enlighten the Souls of World Leaders to negotiate and sign the World Peace Treaty, pledging their nations to everlasting peace”. It ties the campaign to the coin: “We bring in from 21st of March a position, full transparency, across the currencies around the world” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 626, #378338]. The same session insists: “We are not a religion and a cult. We are a scientific organization” [#378338]. In KSW 646 Keshe announces a ban on two nationalities: “We do not accept no person under no circumstances from nation of Belgium … If you are a Jewish from the state of Israel, you are blacklisted. … This is for the benefit of Mankind and it’s not animosity” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 646, #378358].

5. The Keshe Coin and the One Nation Network (2025–2026)

KSW 602 (7 August 2025) launches the ONN units, described as a “Keshe Foundation (KF) independent Plasma network – can’t be brought down”, together with an “ID Card & Keshe Coin (KC) – physical card … like credit card”. Keshe says the system needs “at least a thousand plus units” before it can be switched on. On value he says: “we keep the price of the Keshe Coin at 1,000 Euro … that it can spend to that same value at any time, anywhere on this planet. It does not matter you are in the United States, you are in China, you are in Japan, you are in London”. The index adds: “price not go up and down – can’t make money off of it … no government can touch it”. He presents the coin as backed by technology, so that “every citizen is born rich, not born poor to become rich”. He also states that “Nations which promote peace will be given more to spend” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 602, #378314]. The session presents the KC as a source of “financial stability” outside the control of governments and their monetary institutions [#378314].

By KSW 649 (2026) the rules had tightened. “Be very clear that the Keshe Coin at this moment of time is not exchangeable for currency. We are not a Cryptocurrency game”. The coin is “a transition to what we call, Universal way of living”. The condition is political: “every nation to be qualified to receive the 100 Coins for their citizens is signing of the World Peace Treaty”. The index records a reallocation: “Palestinians shared atrocities – double KC allocation; KC taken from Israel & Belgium” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 649, #378361]. KSW 650 sets age-based allocations: “after age of 10, the allocation of 10 Coins per year. From 10 to 20, the allocation is 20 … And at 65+ you get 40 Coins”. Income paid by KF carries tax: “you have to pay 20% taxes … You get paid by Keshe Coin. So the governments have to come back … opening an account for them to receive the Coins”. KF goods may be bought partly in KC, and “every Chinese is entitled to their Coins”, with Iran and “two or three other nations” next [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 650, #378362]. KSW 654 describes the payout: “30 Coins a year … We don’t release all 30 Coins in one go … on a given time, randomly”. Each registrant’s government is notified that it is “entitled to this 100,000 per registration over the next 10 years”, which Keshe calls a potential “hundreds of millions for governments, especially third world nations” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 654, #378366]. KSW 655 (13 August 2026) adds that KC is “kept as national assets until sign for Peace” [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 655, #378367].

6. Other powers and the new order

Keshe’s world map is shaped by monarchies and their finances. In KSW 578 (February 2025) he says that “The British monarchy controls the Saudi monarchy, because they put them in power”. He calls Trump’s Saudi contacts part of a plan for “how a Royalist come into power”, and counts KF as “the fourth factor” beside the religions and the two other blocs [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 578, #378290]. In KSW 642 (May 2026) he says the British monarchy is “German monarch – through Rothschild’s”, predicts that “Swift will go to the wall” and that the “Chinese system will take over”, and says Taiwan is being negotiated between the United States and China [Keshe, Knowledge Seekers Workshop 642, #378354]. In the same 2026 session he also says the Universal Council’s purpose is “change coming” [#378354].

7. Comparison: universalist political theologies

The programme has clear parallels with the Bahá’í vision that Keshe praises (KSW 134, 488) as the only uncorrupted revelation [Keshe, KSW 488, #378200]. Bahá’u’lláh urged rulers to “lay the foundations of the world’s Great Peace”, taught that “the earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens”, and envisaged a world legislature, an international court and an executive enforcing “general disarmament” [Wikipedia: New world order (Baháʼí)]. Keshe’s “One Nation, One Planet, One Race” repeats the oneness and disarmament themes. The two differ on mechanism and authority. The Bahá’í order is to emerge gradually through consultation and democratic, grassroots decision-making “chosen and implemented by the peoples of the world themselves” [Wikipedia: New world order (Baháʼí)]. Keshe’s order rests on a mandate he says he holds, on technology withheld from non-signatories, and on a currency issued and allocated by his own foundation.

Keshe also made a personal promise. In KSW 311 (January 2020) he said he would step down when the UC opened in January 2021, and that kings and religious leaders would step aside with him [Keshe, KSW 311, #378023]. The later transcripts show him still setting coin rules, treaty deadlines and national exclusions in 2026 [#378361; #378362; #378358].
